Join your coach for a complimentary intro session in Kickboxing, Muay Thai, or Boxing. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, this session will be perfect for you.

Before your introductory session, we will start with a brief chat about you: "what is your overall goal in learning martial arts?", etc. Then, on to the fun part--training. During the session, we will go over some basics of what our sessions will look like, based on your experience and skill-level. After roughly 30 to 40 minutes, our training will come to a conversational close.
